So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?

Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?

Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?

Any inputs on this will really help :)

What is the difference between a Software Engineer I and II? When do you know you're ready to leave your first great SE job? Is there a way to get more money without leaving? I've been at my current company for maybe and year and a half but I'm not sure if I'm good enough to leave yet. My manager always says I'm doing well and I got promoted from SE I to SE II a few months back. I'm not sure if it's imposter syndrome or not but I just don't feel confident about interviewing at other places

One suggestion, we had new team build 2 years back. All persons have left , only I am left with current project. even I resigned in Dec but got retained.
Now complete team left and I am only left in project as not getting much motivation to work on . Working as Project lead currently

Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Trying to be understanding but this is getting ridiculous- she/parents/dog/boyfriend are sick (8x), forgot about another urgent project (10x), WiFi is down or power is out RIGHT when I ask for help (5x).

Hey everyone i have joined Accenture as a fresher on career level 11 as a fullstack engineering Analyst. Cleared GFT and all learning stuffs. But i am on bench for approx 1.5 month. What to do?how to get project for base location gurugram or delhi ncr. I get mails but they are demanding 2+ year of experience. Can anyone refer me? Done with final interview round of BCG for lateral placements and the HR has asked for a call for communicating final result. Generally they do this for communicating yes or no? Super anxious!

Any SAP analytics cloud developer here? Quick query, client wants a column root causes ..now this column is not available in S/4..now the S/4 team is not cooperative enough.

My leads suggested SAC has comments option. However comments are not going to help users either. Because it will not show graphically which root causes contribute the most.

So my question is now, does SAC have an in built excel option which would allow users to enter root causes across materials and then SAC refresh this

How is my tax calculated, will IBM ask for my prev. comp Form16? (or my ctc is prorated for Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar)
at least for the 4 months of this FY I need full sal. in hand.
How to proceed. I wish my JB comes without tax deduction.

Is there any issue, if the designation at the time of offer is different than that of relieving? Asking because, I am leaving IBM GBS, have told my designation as Senior software engineer ( offer letter had it) to the other company, but got to know that designation IBM will be writing on relieving letter will be application developer.
