I have completed the assessment questions and submitted it, but since then, I haven't received any confirmation email regarding assessment completion/submission.

How do you keep from getting discouraged while job hunting? I’ve had 3 final round interviews in the past month and gotten passed over each time. Their reasoning is always “we went in a different direction”. Each of the interview processes was 4-5 interviews so it’s a big time commitment and really gotten my hopes up each time.

I asked for a raise in April 2022 after three years with my company. Positive feedback since day one. Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries. I’ve been asked to provide examples how my role has changed since I started to justify the increase. Is this normal? Or is this just their way of denying my request?

I received a mail from IBM to login in Candidate portal with your email id to see the offer letter. When I am trying to login it's giving error as invalid username.

I have one year subscription of amazon prime available. If anyone is interested I will sell it at 40% off.
