Hi, im coming off a medical leave of 2.5 years and ready to get into a career. Because of strain in my relationship I’ve taken a job doing cust supp for $16.5. I feel lost because doing this job will start my trial period for disability. Im going to do this job, work with a recruiter, and continue applying. Anyone else been in a similar situation? I’ve applied for about 7 months with four interviews. One being the job i got. I get my girlfriend’s issue with it taking so long. Idk sucks.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

What is the Medical Insurance amount provided by the DTICI? And for this, premium will be deducted in the monthly pay? Or it'll be taken care of by the employer itself? Any info regarding health insurance is not provided in the offer letter. So, I'm willing to know about this.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!
