Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

I appreciate your insight, but my primary concern is acquiring practical experience. Considering the $1,300 investment, it’s not feasible for me at the moment. However, if there’s an opportunity to begin in security operations and gradually transition towards SAP, I would definitely consider it.
I know people who got into SAP from the medical space , they didnt have to pay this much back in the days yes but nowadays they are many courses (live bootcamps going for less). I am happy to share those resources and you can see which one suits you the best
Both trainings cost less that $600
Ill suggest you jump on their demo classes and see if it is a good fit. Also you should research those fields you can use youtube or tiktok but you definitely can pivot do not overthink it
Honestly, the whole job search after a long break can feel like quicksand. Pushing through with customer support while still applying and working with recruiters shows real grit. I was in a similar limbo after my own gap - just pounding out apps, trying to keep my partner from losing faith.
One hack that helped me was running my resume through different scanners like Resume Worded, ResumeJudge, sometimes Jobscan - just to make sure I didn’t get ghosted by those ATS robots again. Ended up tweaking a lot of little things I never thought mattered.
Don’t sweat the trial period too much; it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Anyone you’re targeting next? Sometimes all it takes is one referral to crack everything open.
Maybe try a small format tweak or keyword update before your next batch. Weird how that sometimes lights up more interview requests.
I’m from a field work background and I’m trying to transition into audit or compliance because my skills align well with those fields. At this point, I’m looking for compliance or tech related positions. I have a great resource at an identity verification company who helped me secure an interview (I’m incredibly grateful for his assistance). However, I don’t have the required experience for their entry level positions. I’m hoping to find something with them eventually.
I’ll definitely check out those websites! Thank you very much!
My friend try learning something like DevSecOps or SAP BTP security or SAP BTP admin. A lot of companies are shifting that route
