Hi Fishes, I am bit confused to pick the role in KPMG lighthouse as Sr Cloud Data architect or Saama technology as a Project lead. Money wise it is not a big difference. In KPMG I will work with partner where as in saama I will work with project/program manager. Please suggest your opinion. Saama KPMG KPMG India

There seem to be a ton of EBEC openings at the moment. You should be able to land something. Happy to share recruiters I’ve used in that space. Good luck!
Did you start on parental leave immediately on joining the new firm? If so, it’s may be best to leave that job off your resume and treat it as if you took time for the new baby.
For the most part, I’d expect recruiters to focus on firms. You may want to look at in-house positions yourself, focusing on employment law positions.
I operate best in team leadership, collaborate environments (I have found practice of law not to be that way but siloed instead). I also have unemployment insurance experience from my Big4 consulting days.
I have a good recruiter.
Resume feels like a big red flag, your challenge will be to fix that problem.
