Hi, I’m looking to make a move from my current position and was curious to see what role and level I’d be best placed in and the salary I might be worth in Big4?

I have 2 YOE in accounting working across AU and US requirements and 1 YOE in finance ERP implementation consulting. A total of 3 YOE. I’m currently at 130k and work 40-45 hours a week at most - these are things I wish to maintain but am afraid I’m being unrealistic given my level of experience. Any insight will be great, thank you.

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most, how pissed would you be if you were a supervisor and you had a new direct report on your team with a higher salary than you? The years of experience are the same, but you have 3 designations (they have 0), you have 3 licenses (they have just 2), they have little to no experience with technical complex claims (you have hundreds), and you have 3 years in management (they have 0).
