I'm working in application production support project in cognizant and I have good knowledge on ITIL process, ITSM tools, SQL, core Java, mongodb and Hands-on experience in splunk, ELK, dynatrace, GitHub, Jira, Agile methodologies, service now, insomnia, studio3t,UCD etc..
My current CTC is 6.5 L and I'm 5+ years experienced and scared on whether I'll get a job outside so didn't try to get at all...

For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management.
