Got an interview request from Amazon for Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. I have been interviewed by and worked for multiple big names like Mcafee, Meta, Microsoft but never by Amazon. I’m wondering how’s their hiring process, what kind of questions and tasks are waiting for me, how many steps are there etc.
Thank you in advance, everyone!

I would target the SM level at PwC with the total experience you have. Feel free to DM if you need a referral or have specific questions
Thanks for the updates.
Do not go for a senior associate (lol what?) or manager role with all that experience. You are worth way more!!!
That’s so helpful. Thanks
Did you have majority of your experience working in India within a delivery center model ? Did you work earlier with any of the big4/major consulting firms? Asking for a reason !
No problem, all the best OP.
Definitely manager
Thanks
Just make sure you understand the expectations at the manager level. You’ll need to have technical understanding to deliver (which you likely have), the ability to manage your project team (both onshore and off), manage the project financials, and business development to bring in new work.
A senior associate will be expected to have technical skills to deliver a project.
I’d still recommend pushing for manager, but understand why they might recommend you for senior.
Thanks for the helpful insights. It helps. Sure, will follow them.
