What salary should I be looking at? I have quoted 90-100K CAD to them and they have yet to come back to me with a final offer. I have over 15 years of experience in financial services and the firm is consulting in mainly FS.

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021.
