Okay finance gurus, I have an idea and interested in your thoughts. Might be a bad one so be gentle 🙂. I have a 2 yr old and another on the way. Need to start planning for college. I am a contractor at legato. Manager says he cannot proceed with full time conversion of my role as their is a hold on hiring at legato due to upcoming recession. Is he saying correct? Or there some other reason. Should I wait for sometime or start looking new opportunities taking it as no.

Hi Guys - I completed the HR round with HCL.
Hr confirmed for 26 LPA CTC but after couple of days told that max budget for this role is 21 LPA.

CCTC - 18.3 LPA, YOE - 7.4, Tech - QA automation.

Please suggest if I should accept this offer. They don't have issues with 90days NP.
