He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. I joined LTI in the month of March 2022 and it was a short term switch as I may switch after a year based on market.

I had a question like if I want to switch after one year which is March, 2023. Should I wait for appraisal or not required.

Note: Appraisal process in LTI ends in March but appraisal letter we get in July. So If I wait for appraisal process I need to wait till next July. (further part in comment section)

Product based companies have immense pressure to innovate, their developers are also under pressure as they don't find solution in stack over flow as they are doing some thing new. So is product based worth the hype. The companies to go down or bankrupt first are product based only.
