Hi! I have recently started working with a SaaS based company as a program coordinator co-op. I graduated last month and I am actively looking to get a full-time job soon. My current co-op ends in mid december and at my current company there isn’t any operations/program/project mngmt teams as of now. I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. One of my friend is having 1 offer in hand and she has signed offer letter with agreement for joining that company only and not to accept any offer from any other company ( even hike from current company ), what will happen if she deny to join that company? In agreement it describes that if candidate joins or accepts another offer then candidate will have to pay two salaries as per the offer letter.

I'm a depressed 32 yrs old single with 8 YOE. Last drawn CTC was 5 LPA even after switching 5 companies.
When I see Ppl with 18LPA or 23LPA with 4 or 5 YOR, I really feel my gut wrench with sadness wishing I had that CTC.
I need to put up things right to rebuild my life all over again. What do I do?
