Since from last few months I appiled in Infosys several times but my applications were automatically rejected without any interview. I have relevant experience but still not getting interview calls. I recently quit my job. My VP was a narcissist and never really looked out for my upward progression even though he said he was my sponsor. Whenever I would do a solid job, he would always down play it or give the mid-level mgr credit even though other people / management acknowledged it. But we still got along. When I gave my two week notice, I did not meet up or talk to him (I cancelled a good bye 1-on-1 b/c I was over it) - sent a short thank you email instead and ghosted. Was this justified?

I got an offer from Infosys. My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. Will TCS retain me? Suggestions please. I heard TCS has stopped allocating funds for retaintion is that true?

Before taking resignation they were saying will get letter in 2 days max, now Delay in offer letter even after more than month from the day I took my resignation back.

I am getting mails to report to office.
My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

Hi All, I have completed my technical interview on 6th Dec,2022 and received mail from HR on 7th Dec to upload documents on ibegin portal my status is changed to evaluated yesterday. I still haven't received any mail from HR regarding the HR interview or any further steps. What does this mean? Can I consider that I have chances or am I rejected?

After how many days the Date of exit gets updated in the UAN portal after the LWD in TCS.
I have received my final payment after 10 days of my last working day.
Because after Date of exit is updated only we can start the PF transfer process right?
