Hi team, Now wipro is planning to start wfo and encouraging everybody to work atleast for 3 days a week. I joined wipro recently and my account actully don't have other team mate for my location. So even though my offerer location is bangalore, i don't have seat in bangalore wipro office. And my team mates are from chennai and Gargoun wipro office. So what will be my location and what will happend if i d't ask anything about back to office scenario.Is that fine to continue WFH for a account for long go?

Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

A consistent piece of feedback on my yearly reviews has been that I over-bill & spend too much time on assignments. My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.
