Anyone who has received any offer letter from Genpact recently in Nov - Dec 2025? How long does it take to send the TYDY link? How long is the client approval process?

I have been waiting for 1 month and there is no such progress after I accepted the offer letter.

It will be really helpful to get your thoughts from the ones who are already working in Genpact

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest

I would love to work at Microsoft. Currently hold a TS clearance, 4.5 years in project management, bachelor’s degree in Business. Applied now to hopefully have my resume in the system but would like to stay here at Booz at least until the end of Q1 of 2023. (Applied for a position but was rejected possibly due to being 4 months under the desired experience)

If there are any recommendations I can do on my end from now until then I would love to hear them!

My total YoE is 14 years. I know pretty long stay in TCS. I am happy with the work though I am not a project lead or in some manager position. Got onsite opportunity almost 7 years in support project. But some time seeing my x-teammates who have changed many companies and now in better position, feeling like I would have moved out instead of sticking to 1 company. Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.
