What skill set is required for IT Business Analyst?

Does anyone have recommendations for thought leaders/influencers in the M&A space? Looking for blogs, books, YouTube videos? Not currently in the space, trying to learn more as I’m thinking about a pivot after a few years in consulting/startups

If a business is under an IRS audit, a decision was made, and the business wants to appeal the decision— does the IRS re-audit everything and start the long audit process over?

Does anyone get emotionally overwhelmed when expressing their feelings? I can’t seem to control it and always break down into tears just trying to tell someone how I feel.
