I guess, post no-name MBA and 4 years experience.
Consultant at ZS is our post mba role. I doubt we'd bring you in as a Manager. Consultant --> manager is the progression here. You may be able to negotiate a higher C salary. Consultants start at ~150 depending on the city
I started in a similar place as you - 1 year post-MBA experience at another consulting firm. Started as a consultant at $155k (this was like 5 years ago though, maybe you can negotiate higher now). Pretty quick promotion to manager, but manager to AP has been a different story.
For context deloitte hierarchy is analyst (post-UG) -> consultant -> senior consultant (post-MBA) -> manager -> senior manager -> partner
Some intl entities have a director level - e.g. the Middle East has a director level
You’ll come in as a Consultant. Expect 2-3 years before M. Source: current Consultant at ZS with 1 year post-MBA experience
If you have any specific life sciences background you can try to get put in the corresponding practices so you have the potential of making M more quickly.
How many YOE? No idea what SC at Deloitte means
SC means Senior Consultant...I have 4 years experience in banking and 1+ year Post MBA SC experience at Deloitte
Damn, what are you guys doin to make that much with only 4 years of experience?
Equivalent position would be consultant at ZS
