I got a call from a recruiter and I said my expected CTC is 14 lpa, she said according to the current market, they can provide max 30-40% hike
How much I can expect according to the current trend .

Should I move to another firm and take the higher pay (20% more) and do more work I’d enjoy doing and have better growth and long term career potential, while sacrificing my current title (would have to step down from associate to analyst), WLB, and team chemistry?

My husband having 12 yrs. exp currently holds two opportunities abroad at the moment. We r a family of three (husband, wife and a 1 yo)

One is a contract role (through a consultancy) in Australia with 100k annual pay.. Other one is an On-site opportunity in New Zealand through an WITCH company, not unsure of the pay right now. Their eventual plan is to settle abroad, preferably Australia

Please suggest which one would be a better choice at the moment. Also any info on on-site pay in NZ

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?
