I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. PEOPLE DO MAKE MISTAKES!! but My manager reacts very rudely everytime with me, And all seniors who are with him around 10+ years will assign tickets to me and they monitor me continuously.

I never had any conflicts with anyone, but i felt that they all connered me. I had a call with my director and senior director and explained about this on my last day

i never met my teammates in office since i joined and resigned in covid.
Did this happen coz i dint have much rappo with them?
