HOA MGMT Companies....Do you include subtle branding in your minutes or letters/ docs to owners?

I audited our owner letters (violations, late statements, mass emails) and they were flat. With a design background, I pitched using light brand colors and clean framing to make key info pop. Marketing said no branding on any owner correspondence unless it’s about us directly.

Does any other major company follow this logic. character limit too short to elaborate but will in the comments.

I’m a new hire and currently the only creative on a team of developers. I’ve requested Figma—but IT has pushed back, asking for “detailed business justification… explaining it is beneficial or will assist in day-to-day tasks”.
