What do I need to know as a community manager. Pls can someone throw more light?

Differences between Big 4 FDD versus mid tier PA firms or HL/A&M/D&P? Big 4 typically gets the largest deals, Mid tier PA and HL/A&M/D&P doesn’t have offshore help, would these statements be accurate?
What else? Anyone have any specific insights that wouldn’t be found via the search button?

What are some good tech companies that aren’t the typical ones you think of (FAANG). I have been doing tech consulting (actually deving, full stack), but want to get into something more technical, and have my trajectory be product owner or architect vs business manager. Our community engagement is rising at an impressive rate but the CEO is focused entirely on vanity metrics. He’s making me feel like my work isn’t paying off and it’s disheartening.
