Hey fishes. I am L3 DLS Case Specialist (non tech). I am from Rajasthan and been working remotely since I joined Amazon.
However, company is calling us office and I am tagged to HYD office. I have a family so it's not feasible move out .
Can you guys please recommend some non tech roles for which I can apply in Rajasthan. DLS does not have location in Rajasthan. Amazon
My company matches 3%. Is that low or on par?

We teach it starting in 5th grade. There are parts of our curriculum that needs to be updated, but overall, it’s pretty good. It’s used by a lot of the districts in the county as it was written by the county. The district also puts on several parent information nights ahead of time so they can preview the curriculum.
We start in 4th grade and the nurse teaches 3 1 hr sessions to boys and girls separately.
In my district it is taught from 4th - 8th. Nurses come to the schools and do the lessons. Very basic starting in 4th and gets more detailed as appropriate in upper grades
Love that the nurse comes to teach it and that it progresses!
We also have the nurse come and teach lessons.
We split the girls and boys up and play an educational video then we have the kids write questions anonymously on notecards. We skip over the inappropriate questions and tell them if we don’t answer their questions to ask their parents instead.
Seems similar to us! Is the video outdated or current?
5th grade... A nurse comes in to teach the classes. The students are split into two groups -- boys and girls -- and taught separately! 1 day.
Wow! So surprising to hear how the nurse teaches in many schools!
5th grade- We split girls and boys into two classrooms at the end of the day so they leave directly after the class. The nurse takes the girls room and the counselor takes the boys room. The teachers split between the rooms for support. We watch the girls and boys videos (super outdated!! Probably made in the 1980s) with both groups and then have a discussion time. The girls openly ask questions. Boys write their questions down to be filtered first per the counselor’s request
District wide, there is supposed to be sex ed K-12 - with K topics being around consent and good touch/bad touch. Currently my school has a women’s health education group come in for 5th-8th grade - more sessions as kids get older and topics change. They have lesson plans (that have gotten better and more engaging over the years) and also do anonymous questions.
