To fellow Agency Producers. how often are you doing print producing, as well as video production? My agency doesn’t have a print producer in house, and I am finding myself doing that job + the normal video production of campaigns we continually do. I feel over worked and underpaid. I'm working in CITi project since 17 months, premapped ro project so, not a single I was in bench til now. In this January they retained me with 70% hike :).
YOE - 5.6 years
Skills Set :- Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL.

What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
