If all you're doing is applying to posted jobs, you're going to have a very long search.
The best way to get a new job is through networking, researching companies you want to work for, and ensuring that your resume isn't a simple copy-and-paste of your job descriptions but rather a list of your achievements and contributions to the success of the organization (including your clients if you have them).
If you're on LinkedIn, leverage the network you have there. Use it to look up companies you're interested in working at and see if anyone in your network, even a 2nd-level connection, works or worked there, then reach out to them to see if they can help you get a foot in the door at that organization.

Job market is very worst these days even say forever !
I started applying last week and 3 of the jobs I had refferals but it’s been SO quiet. Normally with referrals I would hear something. What’s an average timeline 3 weeks?
