How are PMP certifications perceived in the Product Management space? Does it give you a tiny edge or is it seen as a meaningless cram certification?

I have worked in healthcare for almost 4 years now. I have experience in managed care, utilization management, and clinical administrator coordinator. I love my job and the pay is fair but being single and on my own it is not enough to live on and enjoy. I make about 55K and am really hoping to reach at-least a 75K+ job. I also have my Bachelors degree in Sociology! Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas for jobs so I can make higher pay and actually enjoy my hard work earnings?

I’ve been a data analyst for a little over a year for my current employer. I manage databases, input new information, solve issues utilizing root-cause analysis, and I maintain reports on a daily basis. The only thing I don’t do is work with coding such a SQL. I’m currently enrolled in Coursera Google Data Analytics Certification to learn more about SQL.

Curently I'm an undergrad student and an MBA student. I started my bachelor's in Aug 2020, from which I graduate in Dec 2022. I started my MBA classes in Jan 2022, from which I graduate in Dec 2023. I want to apply to Amazon as an MBA intern, but it requires the following basic qualification: 3+ years of experience which occurred after completing undergrad and before starting MBA. I have been invited to move up to the junior partner level in my mid-sized insurance defense/medical malpractice defense firm, but the terms essentially make me an independent contractor. What does your firm's junior partner track look like? I have been offered 50% of all income brought in, but I have to deal with my own insurance, pay all my own benefits, and handle my own insurance. Have an option of getting Sennheiser cx plus for $25 but I am ready to spend up to $100 USD for a good pair of earbuds.

For those of you with high functioning triads, what makes your engineering lead standout? I am in a product team where the engineering lead was a good developer who was promoted into role when the previous lead left. They are a good IC, but have trouble staying out of the weeds and I don't feel like the engineers have enough thought leadership.
