Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

*cries in UK with 3 month notice period* 😭😭
The ideal case would’ve have been to negotiate the start date and ask the new firm to cover your signing bonus if they can’t move the start date further back.
Unless you’re on a project, any date you give will technically be okay. 1 week is fine when you’re in the bench as long as you communicate it well.
Why not wait until your 2 year mark then put in 2 weeks? Not really sure what one has to do with the other.
How much vacation do you have?
Request time off now & then put in 2 weeks.
That said no reputable firm is going to end your employment early to avoid paying you your signing bonus if you give 2 weeks notice. If they do it would be shady and you would likely have legal recourse…
Check ur offer letter, if its not mentioned as 2 weeks, u can get off with 1 week notice

Nobody does anything the second week of their notice anyways 🤷🏻♂️
You can explain situation to new employer and ask to push the start date. Most companies won’t mind. I just went through that so I could be fully vested in my 401K before I left - they were able to push it a full month!
Otherwise I don’t think it’s a big deal. A company can fire you with no notice so why are employees expected to give 2 weeks? You don’t do anything the 2nd week anyways. 2 weeks notice is a dumb concept in my opinion
