How can I use ChatGpt to tailor my resume to a job description that’s different than my current role?

You can use ChatGPT to tailor your resume by:

1. Inputting the job description and highlighting key skills and requirements.
2. Providing details about your current role, including responsibilities and accomplishments.
3. Asking ChatGPT to rephrase your experience and skills to align with the new role, emphasizing transferable skills.
4. Reviewing and editing to ensure it sounds authentic.

Thank you! This is helpful

I have heard that HR/recruiters have begun to notice when resumes have been created by ChatGPT so I definitely recommend reviewing and rewording areas after trying this.

Good to know! I will certainly keep that in mind! Thanks for your response!

Any googlers that can offer a perspective? Cleared all interviews for TPM. No HC review yet, as the recruiter says the new process is to find a match before HC. Had conversations with 3-4 teams so far, many times great feedback/compliments even during the team matching chat, but no successful match yet. I am told that there were internal candidates that fit the role better. The wait on since May, starting to lose hope now. Is team matching supposed to be this hard?

Interviewer: so I’ll be paying you $15/hr if you’re hired… I’ll let you know in a week
Me (in no position to negotiate): umm… okay
*3 months later*
Interviewer: You’re hired! However it will now be an unpaid internship, are you still interested?
Me: *ghosts*

Hi Fishes,

I am looking for the job change in ServiceNow profile and having a experience of 4+ yrs.

Currently I am trying to create network in linked in and naukari but still not getting the response from some companies like JP Morgan or mindtree etc.

Can u help me to understand what is the best way to create a network to some major companies.

I know applying directly to the company site mostly doesn't have any benefit or will take long time to schedule the interview.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for.
