Hi there, got an interview with for a BA in consulting (insurance technology) but I’m kind of skeptical. I’m coming from another integrator consulting company. 1) What is the culture like in EY? Are you “agile”. 2) Would working in a specific service line in insurance meant it’s hard to exit?
3) Does EY still use utilisation for consulting? 4) Can I work on international projects? Any nice perks and benefits? Thank you!

MBB consultants have better adderrall prescriptions
I saw in an earlier post that pwc and Deloitte MBAs were offered 145 and 135...I did interview with McKinsey for a hot second and they were offering 130-140 for associate level, so I imagine the salaries r the same. They have to be, u have to compete in the market
Damn , why isn't there a feature to edit posts :) even if it is just to correct grammatical errors
From what I've heard it's jus strategy vs not strategy. I think MBB and big 4 strategy are pretty similar work wise and compensation wise. But the culture/bonuses might be better at MBB
Big 4 strategy vs. MBB strategy is similar work and bother recruit from just the top 10-15 MBA schools. I would argue culture is better at Big 4...
Read many benchmarking studies...comp is $10k off (MBB higher) but bonuses at MBB are higher until you get up a few levels and it evens out
I think all of them are about the same at the MBA entry level ( MBB May pay slightly higher but ACN/D has higher sign on)...where it starts diverging between MBB and Big 4 is at the M level and above
