How difficult is it to do an international office transition at MBBs? Say from a top office in Europe (e.g. London, Paris, Munich) to a top office in the US (NYC, LA, SF). I am an EU citizen that spent 6 months studying in California so I could proof my ties to the region.

How do I train my critical thinking skills? Any book recommendations?

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

Anyone gone from PA to CBRE ? Do you like it ?

A CRO offerred me an internal consulting/biz dev role. They offered 145k TC (20% bump) and slightly better benefits. They also offered accelerated path (6mo to 1yr) to MC. While promotion to MC at my current company is at least 1 year away. The job is interesting to me and fits my careery goal. But my big concern is that I've only been with my current company for a year (this is my first job, post PhD). Would this affect my resume in the future in terms of being viewed as "job hopping"?

Any book recommendations for someone who worries way too much about work? Have already read The Subtle Art...looking for other good ones? Specific to consulting would be awesome!

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

Really want to jump ship but feel pretty burned out from the job application process after 40+ app and a few final round interviews.

I have an estranged relationship with my sister. I haven’t had a relationship with her in 13+ years, and haven’t even seen her in about 5 years.
