I would network within your alumni, ask for informational interviews over zoom with no job expectations. Meet up with people. Honestly, LinkedIn should only be one tool in your arsenal. Be open to freelance it helps to get in the door. Having a salaried job out the door is kinda rare and an old economy expectation tbqh.
Also - it’s much easier to get freelance work because there’s less pressure on the company to find the absolute best fit as they do when hiring FT, which makes sense, right? When hiring FT, it’s a commitment and you want someone who will work with the team and be around for a while vs freelance, the project usually needs someone now and it’s awesome if you’re good, but if you’re not quite the right fit it’s way less commitment for the company.
Does Miami Ad School do a recruiter session at the end of the program to help you land a job? You could also try reaching out to your former teachers and CDs you met during your internships.

Hey I just went through this on the ad side. Took me 3 months to get an offer. Try searching “Junior copywriter/associate copywriter/etc” in the search bar. Sort the posts by latest and you’ll see any post with that. Just scroll through the garbage and eventually you’ll find some from people who are letting their network know they are hiring. Connect and message! Worked for me
Do you want to send me your link?

They’ll probably just place you there, won’t they? I have worked with some truly questionably experienced relatively lazy *complainers* from there, who were at prestigious big agencies because that school just seemed to place them wherever they wanted to go. Pretty sweet for them.
Reach out to alum and ask for an informational interview especially those that just started their career in the last 5 or so years. Definitely a numbers game but most people are open to chat. Don’t come across as give me a job when you first message or reach out.
