Start with something really little. Like, if you’re procrastinating sending an email, just start with clicking the New Email button, and writing the subject line. If you don’t feel like doing more, minimize it and do it later. But a lot of the time you’ll keep going. Starting little is really important because it keeps you from psyching yourself out.
Make your bed. Do your daily chores. The day begins with small wins. Everything else will follow. It’s all about getting into your flow state.
I'd look into flow states and how to trigger one. The Flow Research Collective has a lot of resources on this!
I started to answer and got distracted. What’s the question ?
Intermittent fasting + low carb breakfasts. Or keto. I save carbs for the afternoon and night time. I was convinced I had ADHD this year but I’m figuring out my lack of focus and procrastination is more because of food fatigue and energy crashes. Has helped me a lot!
