Seems useless for everyone but Lebron and people that cosplay as elite athletes
so my situation is probably a bit more niche but I got it because I’m recovered from an eating disorder and didn’t want something that had in your face UX/UI about moving every hour and tracking calories and getting steps in and all of that gamified jazz. I just wanted really good sleep and heart rate monitoring and something that was relatively sleek looking. Extremely satisfied with the product.
Don’t own one but I prefer Garmin to track your health. (Am M who works out at least 4/wk)
I have garmin as well. Whoop is more innovative, more intriguing tracking. But doesn’t offer running metrics so can’t do it
I have one and have no real idea why. It's cool, lots of data, but like most, I'm far from an elite athlete. The most use I get out of it is the sleep analysis. I've also sent those results to my physician who always insisted that I have sleep apnea and was concerned about high blood pressure and heart rate. Turns out that I sleep just fine and average 54 BPM while sleeping. So yeah, that's all it's done for me, but I still track every workout on it.
