How do Wharton and Booth compare from a reputation/prestige point of view?

Just found out my manager is not a CPA. I look down on him now.

I’m a manager and one of my direct reports makes more than me. It really bothers me. Anyone else been in this situation before? What’s the best way to handle it?

How often do people actually go into the office? I’m about to get an offer as a CE and I live about 90 minutes from the office. Google will give me relocation but if I just need to go in 1-2 a week, I’d be open to stomaching the commute. Any info would be helpful!

How feasible is it to transition out of compliance into legal practice?

I just heard recently that if you refinance and your house appraises at 20% more than the amount owed, you can remove PMI. Is this correct? Getting a divorce and trying to keep the house but moving from a VA to a traditional loan and would rather not pay PMI if I don’t have to. House was purchased for $460k no money down (VA loan), refinanced at $450k to lower payments $400/month, now have $430k left on the loan... would it have to appraise for $516k?

A successful small startup in NYC doing PE/niche executive recruiting and 2. a fairly reputable PE consulting group in Austin. Hello, I was in a verbally abusive college relationship and struggled with mental health. Therefore, my gpa suffered greatly (2.9). However, I now have a good job and am doing very well. Should I explain the reason for my low GPA in my MBA app? I’m applying to LBS, Booth, Stanford, UCLA, UCB etc.
