How do you all get ready for your workweek? What's your favorite part? Mine is meal planning. I also like laying out my outfits for the week.

OP I get everything ready for my week starting on Sunday. I make sure my house is nice and clean, all of the laundry is done, and my meals are prepped. I also make sure I have my master to do list ready to go so I don't forget anything. That is how I am able to go into Monday not stressed at all.

I usually go over my calendar and make sure I don't have any meetings coming up that I'm not fully prepared for. I have an irrational fear of going into a meeting and having no idea what I'm doing. Actually, it's not that irrational, I've been in meetings where I felt clueless and I do not like the feeling.

I just wing it lol

I need some advice from advisors who have brought other “Junior” Advisors on. What is a fair split? Currently I have passed on my smaller clients to them, as well as providing consistent leads for them to call and meet with. The individual is working to build their own book of business, but up to now doesn’t have much production. They have only been in the business for about 2 years. I also provide an office and everything that comes with that, and admin assistance. Thanks in advance!

Have you seen women wear ties and "masculine"-looking suits to work? Was it accepted by client and team? I've never worn a tie to work, but when I've worn clothing that had a more "masculine" fit either in grad school or some work environments, I've gotten comments and looks, or sometimes asked (or people gossiped) about my orientation. When I wear more "feminine"-looking clothing, I feel more more uncomfortable and awkward. 🤷🏼‍♀️
