Honestly I have a project tracker but you need to atleast take like 15-20 end or start of the day to update upcoming timelines for all projects. I am working on 15 projects right now and I have a detailed project tracker in excel to help with day to day workload especially when all projects have tons of shit going on at the same time
I use the Notes app on Mac + write in a physical daily/weekly planner. Notes app is for meeting notes primarily, and I organize the notes in folders. I put my to do list in my physical planner and prioritize items/adjust throughout the day as stuff shifts around
I also use notes on Mac, each project is a different note and has a different color for quicker access. Within a note I use checkboxes for to dos and I headline each meeting with its date to see what was decided on each meeting. It’s the quickest and most accessible way for me
