How do you all keep track of projects and notes on projects? I’ve been trying to find something that works for me for months. I’ve been in between writing my notes but that’s extremely time consuming, but I retain things better and have a better idea of what’s going on. I like to know each detail because there’s a lot of moving parts. Also, I used apps like NoteOne, Stickies on Mac, Notes on Mac but I tend to forgot about that and never review it.

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.

I am in a comfortable spot with a good team but the work is dull, new role would be consulting with more work & travel
