How do you discuss race with a toddler? Unfortunately, our kindergartner's teacher sent out an email basically letting us know that a racist comment was made in class. It wasn't my kid who made the comment, but I still feel like I need to have a conversation about it. Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit). I made a couple errors at a new job. An important document to be distributed had wrong information on it, which was proofread by 2 other people. Then a couple of typos in emails, the person micromanaging me told me to send out but I didn’t fix the errors. Failed to meet a deadline but completed 95%. I was written up over all this last week, fired this week. There’s a lot more to this but I think it’s because the DM doesn’t like me.
