First of all,why do you want to handle any situation which is none of your business and does not ask for your validation.
Yes I can understand and I have experienced the same before when I was in Infy.
But at the end of the day,you have to realise there is no end to the rat race and undeserving guys will be ahead of you no matter how hard you try.
Just call it "world is not fair" and move on. In corporates, you will find so many 'leaders' who are there for any reason except skills. Can't take every such issue to heart.
A : getting jobs with fake resume is common , even laterals do it , even if they touched technology for 1 day , they mention it in resume
B : it's not luck but dare... You need to have dare to appear first in interview with fake resume.
It is both luck and dare - luck because they get a chance to interview. Most people, including me, don’t get that opportunity at all
It is just as much about dare because not everyone is courageous and confident enough to give an interview without technical experience.
Interviewers along with trying to judge the technical expertise, judge their willingness to learn, confidence levels and several other attributes.
You just ignore it like that person's existence means nothing to you either positively or negatively. Bother with yourself upskill yourself and eventually there will be a time that you will be still growing while they will be stuck at some mid level management position for rest of their lives. I have had my cousin sister and her brother I call them the dummy duos come stay with us, since I was not one of the brightest one out there being a college 6.0 GPA person with more than 27 backlogs at one point of time had to listen to their mocking comments about how they were able to land jobs in WITCH companies. I too got a job later by faking things got lucky but I didn't take it for granted I worked hard where I was and landed here in Deloitte while they are still stuck at being team leaders from past like what 8 years or something in the same company. Till date I have been contacted by them for referrals I might as well draw a shar p knife diagonally on my wrists than help them. So yeah long story short if they dont work hard they will stay where they are and you will be growing in the long run. Anyways have a nice day ahead.
Give it time author it will be good later on believe in that, there was a time 20% of my current CTC was my CTC for last 2 years and in the last two years I met with an accident only had 1 project in my name. Things change bro/sis/etc.
They end up getting laid off, so don't worry :)

Is that your company which he applied? Of not why do you worry? Because he ia getting more than yours? If you start comparing your salary to other person there is no end..
If it really making you feel toxic, get out of yiur home stay in some city for few days... And say your office has started even if you are in same metro city just tell them temporarily yiu have been transferred to other city and yiu need to go to office... Mental health is more important than anything else, please take care of it brother!!
Thats call timing and good karmas of past life. Once that account is exhausted they return to normal.
