1. Should I join here GYM with Personal trainer.? So that my time will be utilised and the money that i am going to spend on renting in Noida is utilised in my health .
2.should I move to Noida with my friend in Sharing and spend there on rent and join general gym .

I am trying to practice a version of intuitive/mindful eating - honoring my body’s hunger cues and not sticking to a timeline or plan as to what and when to eat. But tbh years of “dieting” has screwed over my ability to recognize hunger cues. I suddenly realize my hunger after not eating for 10+ hours and then I’m ravenous and would just eat anything.
