It’s tough but doable. Set LinkedIn and indeed alerts for jobs you are interested in. Craft multiple pre-made resumes that highlighting crucial skillset for different roles. Then dedicate an hour everyday to fire off your resume. Also solicit a high end independent recruiter in your desired field to help with your search . Goodluck
I’ve had the same issue for last 2 years, you have to find every excuse to slack off. I’ve had other coworkers leave ahead of me because they were willing to do what’s needed to give them times. At the end of the day, you need to do what’s best for you. If you can take days off or take remote weeks without risk of getting fired, take it. Remote weeks help a lot in terms of applying and taking interviews

Define your boundaries and say you aren’t going to work from say 6PM to 9PM( avoid team dinners except maybe once a week as this is one of the biggest non productive personal time sucks) Use that to work out, work on your resume, training etc. Use personal days to meet people, interview on say Friday’s - yes work will complain but you have earned your personal days
