How do you find time to look for new jobs if you consistently work 70-80 hour weeks?

I have 9+ yrs experience in .net development.I have offer with softura (19.5 LPA including variable) and qburst ( 21.5 LPA fixed).
Both are providing WFH.

Could anyone tell which has good work life balance?

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

Resources on learning to practice mindfulness? I want to incorporate these methods to help me disconnect from work.

Gartner - 24 fixed + 2.4 variable

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed. He was calmer and he told us to have a great day as he left us to clean up the mess he made.

I have an associates in Accounting have an 8+ year background in accounts payable and am about to receive my Bachelor's in August for Business Management and Economics with a concentration in entrepreneurship. If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it.
