How do you prepare for consulting interviews? Any particular books or blogs? Brush up on any particular methodologies/cases?

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? Should I hold out for the offer or is 1+ week a sign that I won’t be selected?

Anyone program managers from Amazon willing to review my resume? I've applied to program manager roles at Amazon before and didn't make it through resume screening even with a referral. I saw a new posting for a team I'm really interested in and want to do it right this time. Really appreciate any help I can get.

Hi - I am a career pivot from higher education into tech and have final round interviews for a DEI Coordinator role (which I'm super excited for). I am meeting with three people that I would be partnering with for the job and it was shared with me that these interviews will mainly be behavioral as well as questions on my technical skills. Need genuine advise. Got a call from Oasis Resource management pvt ltd. They said that they can help in conducting interviews in canada or UK. Total 5 interviews. They will charge 72k for this and 2k for profile investigation. They claim that under work permit, accomodation, travel cost, meal will be borne by employer for whole work visa tenure along with salary as per profile and market standard.
Are they legit ?
Should i proceed with them ?
Any chance of them being fraud ?
