How does the equity compensation plan at CFGI work?

Manager = 50k
SM = 75k
D = 85k
Think MD might be 100k

Valued at that amount x multiple business valued at in next transaction… you get 75% of what has vested (5 years to vest 100%) and the rest rolls to the new plan offered by the new owner(s)

like

1. Graded vest, but don’t recall if it’s 20% per year or something else (eg 10/20/30/50/100)… so basically if there’s a transaction in 4 years at a multiple of 5x and you’re 80% vested, you would get paid out 60% (.75*.8) of 5x amount at your level (eg .6*5*75k for a senior manager) and the remaining balance would roll over into the new investors equity plan
2. It is not an annual grant. It is a one time grant and each promotion you get before a sale just bumps you up to the next level (eg if you’re a manager you get 50k… if two years later there still isn’t a sale and you get promoted to SM your 50k becomes 75k)

for directors i think you get 85k that vests over 5 years…

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

Ugh I wanted to take my son to see a UFC match in person. Just so happens there is one in November at Madison Square Garden - great right! I knew the tickets would be expensive, was willing to pay $400 to $500 a ticket as long as they were decent. The cheapest ticket in the whole arena, basically top row so you can’t see crap, is $506 before you start with the fees!!! Am I wrong or is that just bananas???? Oh well, pay per view it is, maybe have some friends over. Just complaining… happy Friday!
