How does the LP interview go? You tell them a story and then what? I have heard that they pick your story and tear it apart by going deeper and deeper into it. If this is true then what are they trying to dig in your story? Is there a good link that goes on this specific aspect of questions around the story? Thanks.

YoE - 15, Hands-on EM, can code, do project and people management
Tech - AWS and .NET

Also an indicative range of CTC I should ask for will be helpful. Currently I'm underpaid at 20.1L as I worked in the same company for 12 years.

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I closed it but it was up long enough for them to see it. Now they both pretend like they saw nothing and I felt panic for some reason. How were your experiences when letting it out the bag early like that?
