How does the work at EY-Parthenon compare to Accenture Strategy? Culture? Exit opps?

If you’re in a functional group in at ACN Strategy it’s about as intense as EYP. But if you’re in an industry group at ACN Strategy it’s a lot more chill. With all that said, EYP pays more, mostly in the form of bonuses. Also, we ACN’s Strategy group is bleeding through all the true strategists bc speculation is Accenture is going to wind down Strategy into just normal management consulting

likehelpful

Accenture is better in tech strategy, EY-P in PE DD and they are similar in other areas. EY-P will pay better and has a better future outlook.

ACN Strategy ? Never heard about them beyond IT strategy

What an original burn 🔥

EYP producing thought leaders

I worked at both. Can't go wrong with either tbh. Personally I'm enjoying EYP more despite the uptick in hours

Have my first final round interview! I've already interviewed with the lead of the group, this is another interview with her + the person directly under her.

Trying to level set expectations...are final round interviews more of a gut check to see if you're the right person for the position? Just trying to understand what % of final rounds are successful lol.

Hey everyone,
I recently started at HubSpot as an account executive covering SMB. I’m finishing up training and a Salesforce recruiter reached about a job opening doing pretty much the same thing. Salesforce was near the top of my list of prospective companies. Curious if anyone has experience working there and would recommend it over HubSpot?

Title on here is out of date but I’ve got over ten years agency experience as a digital producer, highest level being EP and then Executive Director. Feeing underpaid compared to what I hear about client side (current base 110k, 15% bonus + commission)

I’d love to shift to client side as EP or Program Manager and looking for advice on best way to get my foot in the door.

Feels like I’ve got the same experience as those in the roles but submitting an application thru sites is like shouting in
