Need some advice here. I am a fullstack developer with 5 yoe in Angular and Python. My aim is to crack FAANG companies.Now I got an offer from HSBC in a credit risk model monitoring role using Python.It is close to a data engineer role.

I told the HR lady at McKinsey I was in final rounds at Bain and BCG. She cut my timeline down to about 1.5 weeks to finish the entire process.
Yeah, the recruiter at McKinsey cut my process down to 2 weeks.

Ask for an extension at Accenture and ask McK to speed it up. They’ll both play ball.
I was able to buy myself a week while waiting for a FINAL round interview, but if it it's only your first I don't see how that would be possible, unless they schedule you for 2/3 rounds in the same week.
When did Accenture send you the written?
I look at it like this. You have a guarantee in one hand, and a very nice possibility on the other. Do what you can, but don't do anything to lose what's in your pocket, and burn yourself at both ends.
What I would do, if you haven't already negotiated the Accentue offer, is wait a few days, and then ask for increased sign on/base to buy yourself time. Worst case they say no. I did it and I got an additional 5k on the sign, PLUS more time to complete the other final round at MBB

Lol if you have a written offer already from acn it’s gonna be very hard to delay it for the amount of time mckin requires I imagine.
I saw a post on blind of someone getting 9 interviews for apple in 3 days bc of something similar, but they were at a $300k comp range…. So extremely in demand skills. Not sure what your skills are..
