How frequently does internal growth occur at Visa? Do they genuinely promote and encourage employees to advance, or is it just (locker room) talk? I have a friend who says he has often been overlooked even though he has the skills, years, experience mandatory background and he is constantly being “outsourced” to others.

If you’re at B4, would you get any serious consideration at M7s if you tried to matriculate right when you hit the 3 year mark (apply at 2)? I hear that a lot of MBB people do this but the standard timeline for B4 seems to be to matriculate at 4 YOE.

Why do firms fire people with low but still profitable hours?
