How heavily do you eat hours? Like 20%? 50%? Any ideas?

Does anyone deal with (suspected or diagnosed) comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you broach the conversation with your psych?

Anyone else basically become comatose on either Saturday or Sunday when you get a weekend without work? I have all of these things I’d love to do, but as soon as my brain understands that I don’t have to work, it’s like I completely lose all energy. It’s making me feel bad about myself. Any tips?

The doctors either just treat the symptoms or give me referral for a specialist for one or more symptoms, I feel like I‘m getting nowhere with that. Do you usually do 20-minute, 30-minute, 45-minute or 1-hour Peloton classes? Before I got one, I felt like I needed at least an hour to get a good workout. But I’ve found 30- and even 20-minute Peloton classes to be really satisfying and tiring. I am worried though about being lulled into doing less.

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
