Maybe im not that experienced but i feel i have a great story to tell, i am computer science engineer completed engineering from tier 3 engineering college where no companies come for placements in my final year i tried giving off campus interviews and i got into TCS where i got profile of Test Engineer (manual) i was not satisfied with the work i was doing as there was very minimal technical knowledge required in my project i started learning some latest tech to get into development but no one was ready to take me even inside tcs as my experience was in Testing and internal politics no one wants to release a good resource, so i made decision to continue in testing profile and started learning automation testing tech stack Java, maven, selenium, TestNG, cucumber, jenkins i learned whole framework and i started applying outside TCS, i got my first offer of 7LPA (while my current CTC in tcs was 4.26LPA), i resign in tcs on same day then my journey started i gave almost 20+ interviews, in starting i was getting rejected in multiple companies but i kept trying and in last month of my notice period i reached 14.7 fixed LPA from Wipro, Optum, InfoEdge, publicis sapient, Yash technology all these companies was very good to join but in last 15 days of my notice i got a call from Amazon where the profile was different what i applied for but still i gave my 100% to learn what they wanted and gave 6 rounds of interviews in Amazon, fortunately i got a offer from Amazon when only 2 days was left in my notice period and i made decision to switch my profile and joined Amazon. In Amazon i got package more then what i was having in hand at that time, i reached 20+LPA at 2.5YOE thats is a big achievement for me being from middle class family and if i can do anyone can do this just keep hustling and don't settle for less, ✌🏻

This is truly inspiring. I'm in Testing domain with 1 yr experience and I too want to switch my profile to dev but nobody is willing to select a person for dev with Testing experience. So I'm developing my knowledge to become SDET.

I have 4.5LPA as current CTC. Can you let me know if I improve my knowledge and apply for companies with 2yr experience how much can I expect (considering if I'm realy good at the field)?

And can you tell me at what profile did amazon pick you and how you manage to learn new tech stack?

And when you gave interviews at different companies did they ask you any DSA or domain knowledge is enough?

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Anyone has seen any impact on conversion rates?

Hi everyone Google ,

I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.

Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.
