Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. Looking for some advice: two product management job offers - one at a small fintech firm and another at Amazon. Fintech role is way cooler. But pay is 50% higher at amazon (220k). But nyc is home and i love it. If i accept amazon i’d have to move to seattle where i know no one. Any thoughts?
