I use it for emotional pain
OP, do you live in a state where it’s legal? If so, make sure you’re getting your CBD products from a dispensary. CBD sold in a dispensary has to meet much higher standards than CBD sold at other stores. There is essentially no regulations for CBD products outside of dispensaries, so you never know the quality you are going to get, or if what you’re getting even has CBD In it. Just be careful OP!
I have used it post workout, it helps me sleep through the soreness.
I use a lotion for lower back pain occasionally. It has helped me a lot when I am in pain and prefer it to nsaids ( have acid reflux)
If you can get it prescribed, a higher concentration helps for results. I’ve got IBS and has gotten it under control after 16 years.
I’m in Canada - I order from spectrum therapeutics. The US probably has some better or stronger stuff. It has also helped with self discovery and meditation. I can’t say it has resolved my stress.
My mom takes it recovering from knee surgery and long term arthritis. Some aches have reduced but probably a higher dose would help. It is quite costly for the long term.
Works great, but not all brands are created equal. Keep trying until you find something that works for you
Yes! It’s helps tremendously for horrible PMS cramps. I also took it post surgery when I ran out of pain meds (doctor approved). In all fairness it was THC/CBD mix but I swear by CBD solo as well

I don't anything about CBD, but wanted to throw out that I like to use BioFreeze for occasional intense post workout pain. In case you want to explore an alternative, or need a supplemental option. Not sure how it might work for bone spurs though

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like you have to way the risks/benefits of each approach. Hope something works out for you! I've been a long sufferer of chronic knee pain (since middle school!) so I get it to an extent
I use CBD for soreness and I love it! I have one that gets a little hot to help muscle tension.
