I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Will the master degree offered through this course will be accepted by the education evaluation institute WES? If yes, is it considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters degree? I think the city you live in plays a pretty big role in the job opportunities. Bigger cities have higher cost of living, but they’ve got larger, corporations and more of them. I live in St. Louis too, and they’re just aren’t a lot of large employers around here. Unless you wanna work for Monsanto
I live in St. Louis, too. After graduation, I moved to a bigger city where I grew my career because there were more opportunities. I’m back now & work remotely for a company. The job market is definitely tough, but I think it’s tough everywhere right now!
I strongly wanted to move once I graduated but there were barely any jobs that wanted to hire me in 2022 and I continue working with small roles not in my field until 2023, but was unfortunately laid off
You location can play a huge role when it comes to opportunity, that's just undeniable. Some cities will have more industry and more media and will therefore have a greater need for communication professionals. But I think this could also cut both ways. Major cities will have more opportunity but also more competition in going after the open positions.
I've struggled with this as well. It is hard landing that role when you're in a market where there aren't many opportunities. I'm willing to move, but I'm finding its hard to get a job in a market you don't already live in.
Agree the city you live in definitely gives you different types of access. That is why I was always so pro remote work. It gave people in not as hot markets better access to opportunity.
