I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Hi fishies. I have a ton of interviews coming up soon including a case interview at EY within their Innovation and Experience Design practice for Digital Strategy Manager. I am super comfortable with CX, design thinking, etc which are the types of projects I would be working on BUT I am absolutely terrible in case interviews. I was hoping it would be based on CX or design but my understanding is there is some revenue component idk. Anyone have any insight? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!

They definitely don’t have any toxic femininity
Go read the other thread, lol
Culture: think product consulting firm with big clients. Tons of info about this on the site.
Type of work: primarily “startups” embedded within an enterprise
Integration: I’d like to say closely integrated, but the reality is it’s pretty siloed. Working on improvements here.
To piggyback on this, the work is split between two types of projects: Innovation sprints to generate business ideas and follow on Incubations to build the ones that merit investment.
So I am digital and live in Berlin and know quite a few people that worked there... at some point I chose between BCGDV and MCK Leap/Fuel. At the time folks told me they were promised a lifestyle they didn’t get (normal working hours that logically are actually long) and I went for MCK Leap/Fuel because I wanted to work in ventures globally and not limited to a studio. So far I am happy with the choice. Many of those I knew at the time I joined moved from DV to places like ThoughtWorks.
I worked McKinsey Leap but didn’t get to work “globally”. Stuck in an office working remote while everyone else was remote elsewhere.
There’s thread titled “I’m too feminist to not quit” written by a DVer if that’s any help
Can someone share a link i can't find either 😭
@OP, is Leap not doing too well? Why the interest in jumping?
Friend, we are doing tons with Leap, I am on digital too and we have quite a bit of success already. Might be interesting for you.
Here is the info in Leap, lots more available internally but I don’t want to write about it in a public forum. https://www.mckinsey.com/business-functions/mckinsey-digital/leap/overview
My understanding is it’s super similar to McKinsey New Ventures, maybe check with someone there
New ventures is now LEAP and FUEL, you should check it out.
